Answer: There are numerous clues to suggest we are reliable. First, we have a registered business license. Two, we list our phone number and address on the website. Three, we do not require full payment until the job is complete.
Question: What are the steps in buying the product?
Answer: There are 2 ways of purchasing the product. You can go online, or you can do it over the phone.
Question: I am very nervous about purchasing on line, what steps do you take to protect my credit card?
Answer:
1. You may have the option of providing one of our sales reps with your credit card over the phone instead of the internet, and we can put the number in manually. Remember, we are not stating that the internet is not safe, we are just doing it this way for your peace of mind
2. We have an SSL ecryption that will protect any users from any theft that may occur from outside sources.
3. Even though there are hackers out there, credible sources say the chances of someone actually suffering from internet fraud is 1/1000.
4. If someone is victimized by fraud, most credit card companies will reimburse the victim 100%. However, the merchant will have to suffer the loss. That is why when we construct the cart, we use the best means possible for preventing hacking. For instance, unlike other shopping cart systems, we provide an individualized SSL certificate, and real time credit card processing before anything is shipped out.

Purchasing our Product
Question:What steps do I take to purchase the product?
Answer: After your consultation with one of our customer service rep, the first thing we will require is a minimum deposit of $300. There are several different ways of paying, such as by credit card, paypal, check, or money order. We do not require the balance until after the job is complete.
Question: Do you offer any financing plans?
Answer: Yes, we do. We will do a minimal credit check, and we also require first and last months payment. Our plans are up to one year, at a rate of 6%. Remember, when your year is up, you do not have to make any more payments to us. You now own the product.
Question: Do you offer any support?
Answer: Yes, we offer support. However, remember that we will go back and fix anything that needs fixing. We do not offer developement as part of our support plan.

Question: What is an affiliate module?
Answer: The affiliate module will keep track of all affiliates, their rates, commissions, and conversion rates.
Question: What is custom configuration?
Answer: Allow your customer to be able to build his own product by selecting specifics to be integrated. Instead of just offering pre-determined packages, your customer can choose whatever features he wants on the product. This feature is most popular for computer and auto sites.
Question: What is digital download capability?
Answer: If you sell downloadable products such as software, PDF's or other items, this feature is designed to allow your customers to purchase these items directly on your website.
Question: What is an individual SSL certificate?
Answer: With each cart we install onto your website, we will automatically integrate your own SSL certificate, which you may display for all your customers to see. Most of our competitors will put you on a shared certificate, which could diminish a consumers confidence from purchasing on the site
